Open enrollment phone-in day will be Monday, January 8, 2024 starting at 9:00 am. Please call 813-579-3935 extension 104 after 9:00 am on this date. Please keep in mind that we DO NOT provide emergency care, nor do we provide implants, veneers, fixed bridges , multiple crowns or wisdom tooth extractions. Rarely are root canals done.

NOTE: We have a new location in Tarpon Springs. Please confirm the location when you speak to us by phone.

Guidelines for Open Enrollment Phone in Day

1. Do not call prior to 9:00 am. Each call will be time stamped. Calls prior to 9 am will not be scheduled.
2. You will need to leave a message. Speak slowly and clearly. Calls will be returned in the order they are received.
3. Please be available for a few hours after your call as it may take a while for our office to get a call back to you. If we cannot reach you, we will advance a call to the next on the list.
4. It would be best if we could talk to the patient directly.
5. Gulf Coast Dental Outreach is NOT a free clinic. The fees for most procedures are $25.
6. We typically have over 100 calls in the first 10 minutes of an enrollment day. Unfortunately we are only able to accommodate a fraction of these requests.
7. Since we are only open 3 Fridays per month, treatment at the Gulf Coast Dental Outreach clinic, treatment will take much longer than private practice.
