Open enrollment phone-in day will take place quarterly the first full week of January, April, July, and November. Please call 813-579-3935 extension 104 after 9:00am during open enrollment week, leave a clear message with your name and telephone number, expect a call back within the week. Calls are returned in the order they are received. Our clinic is located at 301 S. Disston Ave. in Tarpon Springs Florida.

Guidelines to become a new patient:

1. Patients must be 18 or over, without dental insurance, and your income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

2. Gulf Coast Dental Outreach is a charitable clinic, not a free clinic, all patients must pay $25.00 for each appointment for administrative fees.

3. New patient clinic day is on Mondays and treatment clinic is on Fridays. Since Gulf Coast Dental Outreach depends on volunteer Dentists and has limited hours, treatment will take much longer than private practice.

4. Please keep in mind that we DO NOT provide emergency care, nor do we provide implants, veneers, fixed bridges.
